Congratulations to Phillipa Webster-Smith on being awarded 'Employee of the Month' for June 2021.

Pip has been recognised and awarded for showing true commitment and dedication as she has continued to deliver care under very difficult personal circumstances.

This past year has not been the easiest for Pip, however despite ongoing health issues she has continued to maintain a wonderful approach in supporting customers. Aswell as always wearing a smile, her positive and caring nature makes her not only popular with her colleagues, but most importantly with her customers.  Pip never fails to provide an exceptional level of care and as such has received wonderful compliments about her professionalism.
