What a great start to 2021, as we proudly announce Aggie Serwadzcak is our ‘Employee of the Month’ for January.

Aggie has been recognised for her consistency in delivering excellent care in a person centred way.

She has received nothing but praise from numerous customers and colleagues.

Aggie is dedicated to the needs of her customers and as such they often pass on wonderful compliments about her work.  As well as her outstanding level of care, the support she provides to new carers is second to none.  She provides excellent support in helping them gain the confidence in order to provide excellent care.
