Double celebrations as we proudly announce Evie and Julie have both been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for June 2020.

A well-deserved recognition for both Evie and Julie.

Evie has been recognised and awarded due to her progression and positive influence on customers. She has built an admiral rapport with her customers and in return this has helped to achieve the most excellent of outcomes. She has been so supportive to her customers and team ongoing, as well as displaying a great willingness to learn.  Her communication skills in reporting any concerns and the general wellbeing of her customers is exceptional. 

Julie has been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ due to her continuous professionalism in her work. She continually goes above and beyond for the care team and her customers alike showing support, commitment, and pride in her job.  She offers an exceptional level of care and is extremely thorough in all that she does. Her communication and attention to detail regarding customers care is second to none.

Congratulations Evie and Julie, you are both a great asset to our team.  Thank you for always going above and beyond and all that you do to help Make A Difference to someone’s life.  You have both demonstrated true Bluebird Care dedication and values and we are so very proud of you!!!
