We want to give huge appreciation and Thanks to both our fabulous Care Assistants of the Month for July – Louise Brown and Siobhan Gardiner!!!!

Both Louise and Siobhan are incredibly dedicated care assistants and provide an outstanding level of care.
 
Louise is one of our longest serving carers having been with us since March 2010 and we are delighted to recognise her contribution to our fabulous Care Team!  With her compassionate and caring nature, she is always willing to go the extra mile to deliver.  She recently took out the time on her day off to meet with an Occupational Therapist at a customer’s house.  By offering the extra support and information she successfully built the customer's confidence to be happy and more comfortable in her own home. Congratulations Louise and Thank you for your commitment and dedication - you highly deserve this award!!
 
Siobhan has an amazing attitude to her work and the support she provides to new carers is second to none!  She is always willing to use her experience and knowledge to help support new carers in order to help them gain the confidence to provide excellent care.   As such she has received numerous compliments and nothing but praise from colleagues.   Well Done Siobhan and Thank you for all your help and support – it is very much appreciated.
