🌟 Employee of the Month – December 🌟
We are delighted to recognise Albino Kamba as our Employee of the Month for December.
Throughout December, he has gone above and beyond both inside and outside the business. Volunteering his own time with the Rotary Club, he took part in touring the streets with Santa’s sleigh, helping to raise money for charity and spread festive cheer in the community. He also represented our brand with pride in Stone Town, where he held a stall with his colleagues to raise awareness of who we are and what we do. On top of this, he even voluntarily dressed as Santa at our customer coffee afternoon creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that our customers truly appreciated.
Consistently, Albino receives outstanding feedback from both customers and colleagues, reflecting his positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for others. His enthusiasm, community spirit, and commitment to our values make him a fantastic asset to our team.
