As part of our brand new Health & Wellbeing Check service we are proud to be offering our customers a complimentary initial check!
Care Coordinator Jane recently popped out to visit Hastings customer Biddy to complete her health check. Biddy was delighted to meet Jane and have the check carried out!
Biddy's health checked out fine and Jane checked following vital signs:
- Blood pressure and pulse
- Temperature
- Alertness
- General wellbeing which is assessed via a questionnaire
We are proud to be offering this service to our customers and be the only local provider who is able to carry it out!
The District Nurse usually carries out my checks, but this is a very good scheme for Bluebird Care to have available. Particularly for those who are ill as through the peaks & troughs, they will show how someone is doing.
