We strive to go above and beyond in every way possible and recently said thank you to Care Assistant Linda for the incredible way that she has recently gone 'beyond the call of duty' for customers.

We strive to go above and beyond in every way possible and recently said thank you to Care Assistant Linda for the incredible way that she has recently gone 'beyond the call of duty' for customers.

In particular, she worked really hard in the snow over the past few days and carried on after needing to be pulled out by the police! We also always receive lovely feedback from customers and her colleagues who comment on her professionalism and dedication to the role!

We presented Linda with a lovely garden planter and she was most delighted as the flowers were all in bloom and will certainly bring some colour to the recent grey weather!

It is always hard to thank just one member of our team however, as everyone does such an incredible job and we are proud to have such a dedicated team.
