We have an ongoing training programme for our staff and recently Care Assistants Linda and Aimie joined us in the office for training on Basic Life Support.
We have an ongoing training programme for our staff and recently Care Assistants Linda and Aimie joined us in the office for training on Basic Life Support.The training they received will help make a difference to the lives of our customers as well as supporting their career development with Bluebird Care.
We are pleased to say that they both passed with flying colours!
In the above photo you will see Linda and Aimee practicing CPR whilst rehearsing being on the phone to the hospital (aka another member of staff).
CPR is an important skill for our staff to have and our practice dummy helps teach how hard you need to depress the chest whilst also getting used to the feeling should it be needed in a scenario with a customer.
