Check out some snaps from our adventures across the North East this week, in aid of Alzheimer's Society.

As part of our national efforts to raise £50,000 for the Alzheimers Society, we have taken a pledge to pass a baton from the south of England all the way to the top of Scotland. The passing of the baton happened between each of the Bluebird Care franchises in the UK.

We started off our journey at Penshaw Monument in Sunderland, passing the baton to our neighbours from Bluebird Care Newcastle & South Tyneside.

The following day, we met up with our other neighbours Bluebird Care Gateshead who handed over the baton half way across the Millennium Bridge, with the iconic Tyne Bridge in the background.

We then made our way to the coast, stopping by some famous beauty spots including the Priory Castle in Tynemouth, finally making our way along the beautiful North Tyneside coastline to St Mary’s Lighthouse, where we passed the baton onto the team at Bluebird Care Northumberland South ➡️

pledge 2We have had so much fun taking part in the pledge to raise £50,000 for Alzheimer’s Society and are continuing to raise as much as possible to help reach our goal. You can donate here to help us reach our target: https://shorturl.at/X0Age
