According to Time To Change, 1 in 4 people will experience mental health problems this year so Bluebird Care is celebrating a month of mindfulness this March.

This month is Mindfulness March at Bluebird Care!

According to Time To Change, 1 in 4 people will experience mental health problems this year. We believe that our mental health is just as important as our physical health, so we are dedicating a whole month to mindfulness.

Part of this campaign is a 'March Mindfulness Calendar' where we've suggested an activity for each day during March to help improve people's mental health. This calendar is available to download here so please feel free to print and display wherever you feel relevant.
