Residents in and around Newcastle are being invited to a free community Care Advice Clinic designed to support individuals and families who are starting to think about care.

Bluebird Care Newcastle will be hosting the informal advice session on 27 January at 1901 Café at The Trinity, Gosforth. The event aims to offer clear, practical guidance to anyone unsure where to begin when it comes to care for themselves or a loved one.

The clinic will provide an opportunity to speak directly with experienced care professionals in a relaxed, welcoming café environment. Attendees can ask questions about home care, companionship, day-to-day support, funding options, and what help may be available locally. The session is completely free to attend, with no obligation or pressure, and complimentary coffee will be available on the day.

The initiative is part of Bluebird Care’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community by making care information more accessible and easier to understand. Many families delay seeking advice because they are unsure what support exists or worry about making the wrong decision. This clinic is designed to remove that uncertainty by offering straightforward, honest conversations.

The Bluebird Care team, will be attending the clinic and will be on hand to welcome visitors and answer questions throughout the day. The event is about reassurance as much as information, giving people the chance to talk openly and leave feeling clearer about their next steps.

The Care Advice Clinic is open to anyone who is beginning to explore care, wants to remain independent at home, or is supporting a family member. No booking is required, and visitors are encouraged to drop in at a time that suits them.
