Marie joined Bluebird Care Milton Keynes 10 months ago and was brand new to care when she started! Read about her journey so far...

"Coming from a background in accounting and retail buying, I was totally new to care 10 months ago when I started with Bluebird. I have learned so much from my colleagues about providing safe, respectful and personalised care. It’s a privilege to be invited into people’s homes and I feel a huge sense of responsibility to do a great job. I love getting to know our customers and hearing their life stories. I have picked up some particularly good gardening tips from one of my regular customers! I wanted a job that would fit around my young children and setting my own working hours is perfect for family life. I look forward to going to work as no two days are the same and I find it rewarding to know that I have genuinely made a difference each day.”
