Sophie’s journey with Bluebird Care is truly inspirational. She started her career as a Bluebird Care Expert over 14 years ago and has progressed through the business with dedication, determination and a genuine passion for delivering high quality care. Today, Sophie is our Registered Manager and co owner of the business.
Throughout her career, Sophie has remained deeply committed to the people at the heart of our service. She leads with kindness, professionalism and integrity, always striving to ensure that customers receive safe, personalised and compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes.
Managing a home care service takes resilience, compassion, strong leadership and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing. Sophie demonstrates these qualities every day. She supports the team, champions high standards and is always focused on making sure people feel valued, cared for and safe.
