Sheree Jenman, Director

Sheree, Director of Bluebird Care Harrogate, brings over 28 years of experience and expertise in health and social care, leadership and coaching. She is deeply passionate about delivering truly premium quality care at home and believes that outstanding care begins with an outstanding team. With a strong focus on values, high standards and team development, Sheree is committed to creating a culture where her teams feel supported, empowered and proud of the work they do. She finds real joy in seeing the difference Bluebird Care makes to families every day and takes great pride in building a service that people can genuinely trust.

Sophie Bellwood, Registered Manager

Sophie, Registered Manager at Bluebird Care, bring over 15 years’ experience in this sector and has been with Bluebird Care for over 13 years. Sophie leads our team and plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and quality across the service. She is incredibly dedicated to both customers and the team, always striving to ensure care is safe, person centred and delivered with kindness. Sophie loves the variety her role brings and finds it hugely rewarding to support her team to grow in confidence and skill.

Simon Jenman, Recruitment Manager

Simon, Recruitment Manager at Bluebird Care, is passionate about finding people who share our values, compassion and commitment to excellence. He believes that exceptional care starts with exceptional people and takes great pride in selecting Care Experts who will make a genuine difference to customers’ lives. Simon is also passionate about premium customer service and is our in house customer service trainer, supporting the team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience to every individual we support. He loves welcoming new team members into the Bluebird Care team and ensuring they feel confident, supported and proud from day one.

Jade Hart, Area Manager

Jade works closely with customers and Care Experts in the community as an Area Manager. She is passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring every customer receives care that’s tailored to their individual needs and wishes. Jade loves being out and about, supporting her team and seeing first hand the positive impact great care has on people’s lives. Jade is a strong advocate for customer voices is also passionate about palliative care and is our End of Life Care Champion along with being our in-house Safeguarding Trainer.

Becky Merritt, Care Coordinator

Care Coordinator, Becky is our Care Coordinator and is the friendly voice and organised mind behind making sure visits run smoothly. She enjoys speaking to customers and Care Experts every day, making sure rotas work well for everyone and that continuity of care is maintained. Becky loves the fast pace of her role and the satisfaction of knowing she helps keep everything running seamlessly. Becky is also passionate about supporting people to live well with Dementia and is our in house Dementia and First Aid Trainer.

Maddison Crabtree, Accounts and Admin Officer

Maddison looks after payroll, invoicing and administration, ensuring the team are paid correctly and on time and that the office runs efficiently behind the scenes. She takes great pride in her attention to detail and in supporting both the office team and Care Experts with any queries they have. Maddison loves being part of a team that is so focused on making a difference in people’s lives.
