Bluebird Care Leeds North receives High Commendation for outstanding quality.

We were delighted to receive a High Commendation at the Bluebird Care Conference Awards on 23rd September for outstanding quality and receiving the highest internal compliance and quality score in the network this year. We were recognised for our consistent dedication to premium quality care for our customers and support for our employees. Director, Sheree Jenman collected this award on behalf of the Leeds North team which was presented to us by Phil Pegler, Managing Director and Hannah Banfield, Marketing Director at the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre.

Director, Sheree Jenman said, 

The quality of our care and support to our customers and colleagues is everything to us. Our entire team works consistently hard to provide premium quality care. We’re delighted with this award and would like to thank the Bluebird Care Franchise Support Centre for this recognition.

We received more fabulous news this week when we learned that eight member of the Bluebird Care Leeds North team are finalists in the Yorkshire and Humber Great British Care Awards in the following categories. 

  1. Care Employer Award – Sheree Jenman

  2. Home Care Team Award – Whole Team

  3. Home Care Registered Manager Award – Sophie Bellwood

  4. The Three R’s ( Recruitment, Retention and Recognition) Award – Aoife Hawkesworth

  5. Care Assessor Award – Oona-Mai Sharp

  6. Care Assessor Award – Zoe Howard

  7. Frontline Leader Award – Zoe Howard

  8. Care Newcomer Award – Rachel Bailey

Interviews for the Great British Care Awards have been taking place over the last week and the awards evening takes place at the Royal Armouries on 11th November 22, Where we will be treating our finalists to an evening of glamour and celebration with the finest professionals in social care.
