Continued outstanding service say our customers in our latest survey!

Bluebird Care Leeds North received confirmation of an exceptionally high rate of satisfaction amongst our customers and their families, in our latest survey. The results were collated in December 2021 and after analysing and evaluating the results and narrative feedback, the results and our response including planned actions were shared with customers in the April 2022 Newsletter

We'll continually seek feedback from our customers, their loved ones, our staff team and other professionals we work closely with. We gather feedback in many ways, including day to day discussions with our customers and colleagues, feedback at care plan reviews, review platforms and our annual customer survey.
