Meet the team

Tracy has 26 years of nursing experience following numerous qualifications. She joined Bluebird in November 2020 and specialises in complex care. With the knowledge and caring nature, Tracy is an excellent addition to our team. She maintains high teaching standards while educating our carers on complex care that is being delivered to our customers.

Tracy enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Kim joined Bluebird Care in May 2019. She has five years of experience in the care industry as a care assistant and care supervisor. Kim came into care after getting a personal experience and decided she wanted to help families the way her family was helped.

Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on the longs walks.

After experiencing care on a personal level, Dennis decided to make a career change into the care industry himself. After two years of being in the Care sector, Dennis joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care worker with the goal of progressing and after 14 months achieved the position of Supervisor and in 2019 he has progressed to our Technical and Development Officer, which covers all of our offices. To now being promoted to Facilities Manager.
