At 18, Michael spent a holiday in Hayle, Cornwall, with his best friend Tony and Tony’s parents. The place itself held a special charm - golden beaches, fresh sea air, and a sense of freedom that only a summer away with friends can bring.
One evening, the holiday park’s entertainer who was sporting a pair of cool polka dot trousers - announced a fancy dress competition. Without hesitation, and always up for a laugh, Michael borrowed a dress from Tony’s mum and took to the stage. The moment was pure fun, full of laughter, and perfectly captured the carefree joy of those holidays.
