Will Flint, Director

In being a Care Assistant, the most rewarding part of the job comes is helping people every day and being a part of some of their lives. I am incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to meet new people and learn about their lives. My colleagues and I are now also fortunate that we have employers who are committed to ensuring that we are also rewarded for our hard work and efforts. The pay rise increases are greatly appreciated and motivate us to continue to serve our great customers across the region.
