Employee of the Month

The award of Employee of the Month for March 2017 has been awarded to Seda Hunter.

The award of Employee of the Month for March 2017 has been awarded to Seda Hunter; Seda has recently passed her probation and during her first 12 weeks she has received nothing but positive feedback from colleagues and customers. 

Seda came from a background in hospitality and has taken to the role of care assistant like a duck to water. Using her collaborating and influencing skills, on Valentine ’s Day she took all the customers she was visiting a rose.   What a great way to build relationships and brighten up someone’s day.

Seda has a particular customer with dementia and the husband has commented on what a wonderful care assistant Seda is and that he really likes how she is with his wife. 

Colleagues have commented that Seda is very pleasant and never complains when calls are added or changed due to sickness.  This demonstrates self-leadership by being resilient and finding ways through challenging situations.
