Congratulations to Graham Allen on his 10 Year Anniversary with Bluebird Care.
It's been a decade since Graham joined us and we can all take inspiration from the hard work, dedication, passion, and loyalty that he has displayed throughout these ten years of service.

It's been a decade since Graham joined us and we can all take inspiration from the hard work, dedication, passion, and loyalty that he has displayed throughout these ten years of service.
Graham joined Bluebird Care back in 2013, prior to this Graham worked as an assembler at JCB for 18 years. Graham took redundancy from JCB and then went on to care for his relative, before deciding to become a professional care assistant. Initially Graham began working for our Burton branch where he mainly provided social sits and companionship visits to customers, later that year Bluebird Care opened their 2nd office in the market town of Uttoxeter, Graham then began providing domiciliary care visits to customers locally to Uttoxeter. Due to demand in 2015 Bluebird Care opened a 3rd office in Staffordshire Moorlands, Graham then went on to provide care in his hometown of Cheadle covering areas including Tean and Checkley. Bluebird Care Staffordshire Moorlands now specialise in Live-in Care.
Graham is a diligent and devoted care assistant that has provided consistently excellent care over the past 10 years. We are thrilled that Graham chose to start his career in care with us.
Graham said:
The past 10 years have been so rewarding, whenever I leave a customer's home, I am always left with a feeling that I have done something good. Bluebird Care has been a great company to work for and I have met some fantastic people over the years and made some lifelong friends.

I first met Graham when I worked as a care worker myself as I use to care for his relative. When I took on the role of manager at Bluebird Care, Graham contacted me and enquired about a care assistant role. I had no hesitations whatsoever as I had witnessed first-hand the care Graham had provided to his relative over the years. I knew Graham would be an asset to my care team… and an asset he was! I have known Graham for 15 years now, and he is as much a friend as he is an employee. Congratulations on your 10-year anniversary Graham, thank you for your loyalty to the company, your customers and to me personally.
