It gives us great pleasure to announce 'Care Assistant of the Month' for December 2020 is Leanne Grandovska.

Leanne has been part of our team since June 2020 and has shown a huge growth in confidence in her role within Bluebird Care.

Having received nothing but praise from numerous customers and colleagues,  Leanne is dedicated to the needs of her customers and as such they are all very fond of her.  As well as her outstanding level of care, the support she provides to the team is second to none, always willing to help out and pick-up extra shifts whenever possible.  Over the Christmas and New Year’s period, she volunteered to work throughout in order to give colleagues a break.

Congratulations and Well Done Leanne.  Thank you for all that you do to help support your customers and colleagues!  You are a real team player and a true asset to our Bluebird Care family.
