Double celebrations as we proudly announce Adrianna and Courtney have both been awarded ‘Care Assistant of the Month’.

Amazing work and a well-deserved recognition for both Adrianna and Courtney.

October’s ‘Care Assistant of the Month’, Adrianna is one of our loyal care assistants and has been with Bluebird Care for 18 months now.  She is always happy, bubbly and her exuberant and uplifting personality, continually brightens everyone’s day. She always ensures she gives her best to provide person centred care to each of her customers and has an overall wonderful approach.

Courtney has been recognised and awarded November’s ‘Care assistant of the Month’ due to her progression and willingness to learn.  Courtney has been part of our team since October this year and has shown a huge growth in confidence within her role at Bluebird Care.  She has been so supportive to her team ongoing and is a real team player, always going out of her way to help cover staff shortages.  Nothing is ever too much for Courtney and she is always willing to offer her support at any given time.

Congratulations Adrianna and Courtney!!  Well done and Thank you both for all you hard work and dedication.  We are so proud of you!!!
