Double celebrations as we proudly announce Keri and Kay have both been awarded ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for May 2020.

A well-deserved recognition for both Keri and Kay.

Recently promoted to Senior Carer, Keri has been so supportive to her team ongoing and has received nothing but praise from numerous colleagues. The support she provides to new carers is second to none as she helps them gain the confidence needed in order to provide excellent care. A compliment received states “Keri is a massive team player and helps us all out when needs be. She always takes her time with the customer's making sure they are happy.” 

Our carer Kay, has also been recognised and awarded 'Care Assistant of the Month', for showing true commitment and dedication as she continued to deliver care under very difficult personal circumstances. She has gone above and beyond for the care team and her customers alike showing support, commitment and pride in her job.  Kay has demonstrated true Bluebird Care dedication and values, ensuring her customers received continuity as well as supporting her team. 

Congratulations Keri and Kay.  You are both a true asset to our team and we cannot thank you enough for all that you do to help support your colleagues and customers.
