Bluebird Care Awards 2018

In 2018, the team won a Spirit Award from Bluebird Care due to the optimism and dedication the team showed each and every day. The business demonstrates commitment to the brand and devotion to their staff and customers. They remain committed to positive employment practices leading to staff retention.

Bluebird Care Awards 2019

In 2019, the team won a Spotlight Award from Bluebird Care for standing out from other Bluebird Care locations by sustaining a high level of quality, compliance, and customer acquisition. The judges said, "The team works together, supporting one another to provide the very best care for their customers. A well-developed team that strives to deliver excellence to clients and support their team."

Home Care Awards

In 2022, the team won the Mental Health & Dementia Care Expertise Award at the Home Care Awards. The judges said, "Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford, and Wapping delivers exceptional home care services to customers in their community. They have established themselves as leaders in delivering person-centered dementia care services that prioritize the mental wellbeing of their customers. This has been achieved through innovative initiatives and training programs that have upskilled their care assistants to be industry leaders for mental health and dementia care."

The Great British Care Awards

Registered Care Manager, Tansy, was Highly Commended at the Great British Care Awards in the Registered Manager of the Year category in the London region. Tansy had only been Registered for a couple of months and recently took over another Bluebird Care branch before the awards. The judges were very impressed with Tansy, stating, "Tansy is a very driven person and ensures that service users and staff are safe. She always leads by example. This was particularly evident during the pandemic when carers would struggle to go to service users, Tansy stepped up and delivered care herself."

WAGS Awards

Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards. The Director, Anoop, was shortlisted for a Corporate Leader Award. Anoop has transformed Bluebird Care Waltham Forest since taking over and is growing the business exponentially to continue being the leading home care provider in the Waltham Forest borough.
