Registered Manager - Tansy Ridler

Tansy, our Registered Manager, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the care service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered at all times. She leads and supports the care team, manages compliance with CQC regulations, maintains care standards, and ensures customers receive the best possible experience. Tansy also works closely with families, professionals, and staff to keep the service running smoothly and effectively.

Care Coordinator & Administrator - Sandra Mutakwa

As Care Coordinator, Sandra manages the carers’ rota, oversees annual leave, and ensures that every customer receives their scheduled visits. She thoughtfully matches carers to customers based on skills, preferences, and continuity to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Sandra works closely with both customers and the care team to keep the service running efficiently and ensure everyone feels supported. She also completes administrative tasks to assist with compliance and recruitment across the business.

Fortuna

Care Supervisor - Fortuna Adadevoh

As Care Supervisor, Fortuna meets with new customers to assess their individual needs and determine the best ways to provide support. She develops thorough, personalised care plans to ensure carers can deliver safe and effective care. Fortuna also spends time in the field, supervising carers, providing guidance, and making sure they feel supported while following procedures and the customer’s care plan. She conducts regular customer check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify areas where the service can be improved.

Care Supervisor - Bridget Anokye

Bridget, our Care Supervisor, works closely with carers in the field, providing regular support and supervision to ensure they feel confident, follow procedures, and deliver care according to each plan. She also meets new customers to understand their needs and creates detailed, personalised care plans to guide carers in providing high-quality support. Bridget regularly checks in with customers to monitor satisfaction and explore ways to enhance the service.

Anoop plays a key role in guiding the team, driving improvements, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.
