Registered Manager - Tansy Ridler
The Registered Manager, Tansy, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the care service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered at all times. Tansy leads and supports the care team, manages compliance with CQC regulations, maintains care standards, and ensures customers receive the best possible experience. She also works closely with families, professionals, and staff to keep the service running smoothly and effectively.

Care Coordinator - Sandra Mutakwa
As Care Coordinator, Sandra manages the carers’ rota, oversees annual leave, and ensures that every customer receives their scheduled visits. She thoughtfully matches carers to customers based on skills, preferences, and continuity to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. Sandra works closely with both customers and the care team to keep the service running efficiently and ensure everyone feels supported.

Care Supervisor - Fortuna Adadevoh
As Care Supervisor, Fortuna meets with new customers to assess their individual needs and determine the best ways to provide support. She develops thorough, personalised care plans to ensure carers can deliver safe and effective care. Fortuna also spends time in the field, supervising carers, providing guidance, and making sure they feel supported while following procedures and the customer’s care plan. She conducts regular customer check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify areas where the service can be improved.

Anoop plays a key role in guiding the team, driving improvements, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.

Marketing Executive - Terri Gibbs
As Marketing Executive, Terri manages our social media presence, ensuring Bluebird Care is effectively showcased online. She attends community events to network and promote our services, engaging with customers directly and encouraging their participation to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the support we provide.

Accounts Assistant - Jaspreet Kaur
As Accounts Assistant, Jaspreet ensures that carers are paid accurately and on time. She manages the preparation and sending of invoices to customers and handles any queries related to payments or billing, ensuring smooth financial operations within the business.

Office Administrator - Abiola Idowu
Abiola, our Administrator, provides essential support to ensure the smooth running of the care service. She manages day-to-day office tasks, maintains accurate records, and assists with recruitment, compliance, and other administrative duties to support both the team and the business.
