PASSSystem

The PASSsystem is everyLIFE Technologies’ leading care management and medication platform. It is an intuitive smartphone, tablet and desktop application, designed to improve quality of care and efficiency by providing a platform to support the collaborative delivery of care from homecare, surgeries, community nurses, hospitals and pharmacies.

The PASSsystem enables data about an individual and their care delivery to be captured and monitored in real time – from a full care assessment captured on a tablet device to the collection of care notes and MAR sheet reporting.

Staff in the office monitor the delivery of care delivered by care assistants in the field. Information about the tasks carried out during visits, including the administering of medications, are sent securely from the care assistant’s mobile device back to the office in real time. If a task is not carried out or a visit does not take place, the PASSsystem alerts the office and action is taken to investigate.

Care Assistants record a wealth of information easily and efficiently during and after a visit. This forms a permanent record of care delivered, helps to improve on-going care quality for the individual and is always as up-to-date as possible because changes made on the PASSsystem to a customer’s care plan are updated across the system whenever information is modified.
