I wanted to reach out to someone at your company to let you know that you have two carers that work for you named Tony and Arnold that really made a difference to me in my father's last days of life. I live in the USA and I came back home to England to help my Dad during his last days. We had 3 visits each day from Bluebird carers and as we came close to the end things became very difficult and stressful for me. Tony and Arnold both helped me with Dad and they showed so much respect and care in helping to clean and give my dad dignity during his last days. I wanted you to know how much this meant to me and my sister.
They also sent me a card when he passed away and that really showed me that they are doing a very difficult job but they do what they do with their hearts. Please pass on my thanks to them both and to the whole team at Bluebird thank you for all you did for me and my family.
Dad was always very grateful to the lovely Bluebird Carers who supported him for many years to retain his independence and I would like to thank you all again for the care you gave him, he really looked forward to his care visits and enjoyed chatting with the carers very much.
I just wanted to say the meeting with Tina this morning was brilliant, she was professional, friendly and very aware of including dad even though he is deaf. She gave good clear advice and the way she came across was first class.

Bluebird Care came into our lives when my Husband was seriously ill. My Husbands last wish was to stay at home, Bluebird Care made it possible for him to do that. I cannot praise them enough, their dedication was an inspiration, not only looking after my Husband but kept an eye on me as well. Things were difficult at the end, but the Carers treated my Husband with dignity respect and sensitivity, I will always be grateful to them. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to anyone. They are a First Class Care Agency.
I used the services of Bluebird Care (Cherwell) for 6 months when my Mum became bedridden. As this situation was entirely unexpected, it was a very stressful time for me. The carers who came to my home treated Mum as if she were a member of their family - a beloved Grandmother. They attended to her every whim with a smile and cheery word. They went out of their way to do special things that they knew Mum would appreciate as they had really taken the opportunity to get to know her as a person and not just a 'customer'.
Our Bluebird Care carers were unfailingly attentive, compassionate and gentle. They performed their job in a thorough and professional manner. Mum really felt that she received a personal service. And yet, the carers were always respectful of her, as an elderly person should be treated.
It was wonderful to get to know you and so many of your lovely caring team. I truly do not know what I would have done without your caring support and assistance and wish you all best wishes for the future.
I searched for home carers in the Bicester area in January 2013 and was very fortunate that a Bluebird Care franchise commenced in Bicester in August 2012. My parents (now 99 and 96) requested to be moved out of their home and entered a care home. They lasted 28 days in the care home and wanted to return home to Bicester! I contacted Bluebird Care in Bicester who quickly assessed my parents and within a week, started caring for them in their own home for five hours a day. The transformation in my parents well-being has been astounding. Bluebird Care have delivered on all their claims. Recently, my father needed additional care during the night hours and this needed to be activated within a very short timescale - within 8 hours. Following this, my father was admitted to hospital for two days and Bluebird Care arranged 24 hour care for my mother at very short notice. Bluebird Care arranged everything, with only emails and a phone call from myself, along with the additional payments. Over the last two years, our experience with Bluebird Care has been a very happy and successful one.
