We are pleased to announce that Nadia El-Horch has taken on the role as our LGBTQIA+ Lead Champion for Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead.

Nadia is excited to be asked to lead this role within our service, she is very passionate about it.

Nadia said: "LGBTQIA+ people, like many other minorities, face uncertainties and discrimination on a daily basis. 

I want to make sure that Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead is a safe and welcoming space where people can thrive, feel safe, and know that their well-being is of utmost importance to us whether they are clients, care workers, friends, or family. 

I am so excited to have the opportunity to champion LGBTQIA+ equality and challenge explicit and implicit discrimination where ever we see it."
