George Morris - Director and Owner

George owns and runs the Camden & Hampstead office. He brings not only relevant experience but also an honest and professional approach to the business. His mother worked in the care industry for 20 years. He recognises that there has been a large increase in the demand for quality and reliable care and believes that care at home is a real and often better alternative to residential homes. George has a passion, along with his team, to provide the community with the highest level of care. He has over 15 years management experience along with various qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Marketing.

Nomsa Mudenda - Care Manager

Nomsa has worked in the social care industry for 13 years across residential and domiciliary care services. She started out her career as a volunteer in a day centre for adults with learning disabilities in 2005, a passion to support people to live a fulfilling life was born. Nomsa obtained her Leadership and Management in Care Services qualification in 2011 and she also has 6 years experience in business development & management within the health & wellness industry. We are lucky to have Nomsa and her experience and knowledge to help lead our team.

Rubie Dumbuya - Live-in Care Manager

Rubie has over 15 years of experience working in the health and social care sector, particularly within domiciliary care. Throughout her career, she has developed a genuine passion for supporting people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives. She believes that everyone deserves to feel valued, respected, and supported to live as independently and comfortably as possible. She finds great fulfilment in building meaningful relationships with the people she supports and their families, and takes pride in being someone they can trust and rely on. Rubie achieved her HND Diploma in Health and Social Care in 2019, further developing her knowledge and understanding of the care profession. She joined Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in July 2026 as a Live-in Care Manager and is enjoying the opportunity to continue doing what she loves, helping others and giving something back to the community. Outside of work, Rubie enjoys cooking, watching movies, travelling, and spending time doing things that bring joy and relaxation. She is a caring, approachable, and compassionate person who believes that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.

Geraldine Chesterman - Customer Care Supervisor

Geraldine started working at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in November 2022. She brings a deep understanding of the care industry having spent her previous 12 years working across residential & domiciliary care. Geraldine is particularly passionate about end-of-life care and supporting people who are living with dementia. She likes baking, reading thriller novels and spending time with her dog, Beau.

Aleksandra Wochowska - Carer Coordination and Supervisor Lead

Aleksandra joined Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in March 2018 as a Care Assistant before progressing to the Supervisor Team in July 2022. Since joining Bluebird Care, she has successfully completed her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care. Her dedication, leadership and commitment to delivering high-quality care have been recognised through two prestigious awards. Aleksandra is a proud winner of the Great British Care Awards – Frontline Leader Award and the Team Player Award for the South East Region. Outside of work, Aleksandra volunteers at the Royal Free Hospital and enjoys watching films and travelling with her family.

Aka Obasi - Training Manager

With over 17 years’ experience as a carer, trainer, assessor and internal quality assurer for Health and Social Care, Aka's role in Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead is to ensure that our staff are trained and qualified in all areas of the job that they do. She uses her experiences and knowledge whilst working with other local health and social care professionals to ensure our team have the confidence and competence required to complete all tasks in a safe and person-centred way.

Gemma Summers - Recruitment Manager

Gemma joined the team in April 2022. Having worked in the care industry as a carer for 10 years and previously in administration and HR she wanted to use her knowledge, experience and skill set to help recruit people that are the correct fit for our customers in order to provide the best possible service. Gemma lives locally and enjoys spending time with her family when she is not at work.

Kesha Ankadawala - Finance and Accounts Manager

Kesha joined Bluebird care in January 2023 to start a new chapter in her professional life. Kesha has very relevant experience having worked in social care for 5 years as a care assistant then she went on to work as a Bookkeeper and also in Administration for different companies in London. Her background is also in Tutoring Maths and English for primary school children.

Nathan Hartley - Community Engagement Manager

Nathan has been within our Bluebird Care network for over a decade. He works on a whole range of projects from community engagement initiatives to event management. His experience gives our office that 'added edge' and enables us to effectively reach out to our local community. He has a special focus on dementia awareness, having delivered over 100 free sessions across our communities; educating, meeting and giving back to a large number of people across Camden.
