We are incredibly proud to recognise Sharron as our Employee of the Month, a truly well‑deserved celebration of her kindness, dedication, and the outstanding care she provides every single day.
Sharron consistently goes above and beyond during her care visits, earning heartfelt compliments from both customers and colleagues. Her communication is always thoughtful and reassuring, ensuring every person she supports feels listened to, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Every Monday, Sharron volunteers at the Forget‑me‑not Café, a dementia cafe in Uttoxeter for the local community, where she has received brilliant feedback for the warmth and energy she brings. The Uttoxeter Rotary Club have praised her for the compassion she shows to everyone who attends, and it’s clear how much her presence means to the community.
Sharron also attends customer events, never hesitating to get involved in games, activities, and conversations. She makes sure no one feels alone, always taking the time to sit with people, encourage them, and help them feel included.
She embodies everything Bluebird Care stands for, compassion, dignity, respect, and genuine human connection. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our team.
