Kathleen has been a highly valued member of our team for four years, and throughout this time she has continually developed her knowledge, skills, and confidence. Her dedication to providing a consistently high standard of care is evident in every visit she undertakes. Customers regularly comment on her warm approach, reliability, and the genuine compassion she brings to her work.
In addition to her outstanding customer care, Kathleen has played a key role in supporting new members of staff. She has spent time out in the field guiding new recruits, helping them build their skills and confidence, and ensuring they feel supported from day one. Her ability to balance patience, clear communication, and encouragement has made her an exceptional mentor so much so that she was recently promoted to the role of Care Mentor.
As a Care Mentor, Kathleen continues to demonstrate the qualities that make her such an asset to our team: dedication, loyalty, a strong work ethic, and a fantastic sense of humour that lifts the spirits of those around her.
