A New Hub for Our Pathway 1 Team
One of the key purposes of the new office is to provide a dedicated hub for our Pathway 1 team.
Pathway 1 supports people returning home from hospital who need short-term care and support while they recover and regain their independence. Having the right assistance in place can make a significant difference during this transition, helping people rebuild their confidence and manage everyday activities in familiar surroundings.
Our Pathway 1 team works closely with customers to support their recovery, adapting care to their individual circumstances and progress.
The new Bridgwater hub gives the team a local base as we continue to grow our work in the Sedgemoor area. It is another step towards strengthening our ability to support people at home and help them regain as much independence as possible following a hospital stay.
Celebrating Our New Office and Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support
Opening a new office is an exciting milestone, and we wanted to mark the occasion with a celebration alongside our team.
We enjoyed cake and bubbly to celebrate the opening, while also raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Supporting a charity that provides practical, emotional and financial assistance to people affected by cancer was a meaningful way to bring our team together for the occasion.
We are proud to celebrate our growth while supporting a cause that makes a difference to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
