Contact our dedicated Live-In Care team on 01376 314090 to arrange an initial visit. During this meeting, we’ll take the time to understand your needs, answer your questions, and discuss how Live-In Care can support you or your loved one.Bespoke Care Plan
Following the assessment, we’ll create a personalised care package tailored to your unique requirements. This plan will address everything from daily routines to specific preferences, ensuring a high standard of care.Starting Your Care
On the first day of care, we’ll introduce you to your Live-In Care Expert and guide you through the plan. Our team will ensure you’re comfortable and confident with the arrangements.
Comprehensive Support from Care Experts
Our Live-In Care Experts provide:
- Personal and practical support.
- Companionship and emotional care.
- Assistance with mobility, personal care, and medication.
- Overnight support, with additional options for those needing more intensive night-time care.
Flexible Scheduling
Care Experts typically follow a rota system, such as:
- 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
- 1 week on, 1 week off.
During their daily 2-hour break, we can arrange for local Care Workers to step in, ensuring continuity of care.
Preparing for Live-In Care
To support your Care Expert, you’ll need:
- A private bedroom for their stay.
- A weekly food allowance for their meals.
Commitment to Quality Care
We prioritise consistency by assigning regular Care Experts to each customer. Weekly handovers and close communication with Care Supervisors ensure seamless and reliable care.
