Supporting our Carers

It's important to make sure that we look after our carers alongside our customers during these challenging times.

As well as ensuring that we keep ourselves and our customers safe, we have been able to adapt our PPE to ensure that one of our carers who has impaired hearing and relies on lip reading, can fully understand fellow carers on some of our challenging double up calls.  We have ensured that when necessary, appropriate visors are available to use instead of masks and that all carers and customers are comfortable with this. Thus ensuring that we can fully include all our customers' favourite carers and full continuity can be maintained throughout this crisis which can only be of benefit to our more vulnerable customers.
