Superhero Day sees our Care Assistant's daughter dress as her mum

There's a new superhero in town, after our Care Assistant's daughter said her mum is the new Wonder Woman!
This comes after Autumn, 9, decided that she wanted to go to her school's Superhero Day dressed as a Care Assistant so she could look just like her mum.
When Autumn was told she had to come up with a costume idea, she didn't have to think long about who she wanted to dress as. She said:
My mummy saves lives and is a hero. I’m very proud of the job she does and I was really excited to go to school dressed like her.
Bluebird Care provided a mini tunic uniform, with a lanyard and her very own ID badge so she could look just like her mum, Kayleigh, who said:
I was so proud that she wanted to dress as a Care Worker. We are just doing our job, but it’s lovely that she sees us as heroes, and she looked great too!
