Welcome aboard Jo

Introducing Jo Osgood, our Wiltshire South Registered Care Manager at Bluebird Care.

We are delighted to welcome Jo as our new Registered Care Manager in our Salisbury office.

We are so happy to have her on board, and already in her time with us, we are feeling the positive impact of her experience in the care sector and know that she will support us in delivering the unique personalised support and care we are dedicated to providing to our customers. 

Originally from Northern Ireland, Jo moved to Salisbury in 2002 and, after graduating from Queens University in Belfast, has dedicated 18 years to the care industry.

Having navigated various roles, from casual staff to Care Manager, Jo brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the sector. Her professional journey reflects her commitment to the well-being of those under her care.

Outside work, Jo is a parent and a pet owner, residing in Salisbury with her two children, two cats, and a lively Dalmatian. Her grounded approach and practical experience make her an invaluable leader in our team.
