​We are delighted to announce that Bluebird Care Torbay have been awarded an overall ‘Outstanding’ in our latest CQC inspection.

We have seen the business grow from strength to strength over the last 5 years, a result of the effectiveness of our Management Team alongside the dedication & professionalism of our Care Team. We are so very proud of both.

Emma and I launched Bluebird Care Torbay in March 2014, with one goal: to provide the highest quality of home care to the Torbay and Totnes communities. We wanted to treat our staff and customers like they were part of the family, supporting them, keeping everyone happy and safe.
Our report reflects these values perfectly, stating that we demonstrate ‘a clear commitment to promoting a strong and visible person centred, caring culture by providing a service which put people at the heart of everything they did.’

While we are over the moon to have received an Outstanding status, it goes without saying that Bluebird care Torbay will continuously look to improve who we are and what we do.

In the meantime, we are going to celebrate! Happy staff = Happy & Safe Customers
