We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in January.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on Wednesday 13th January and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and their relatives. Here are a selection of some of the comments made:

I am pleased with the care, my mother is very safe with them, and they know what they are doing.”
They give the quality of care that you can’t teach. They have done everything we have asked of them.”
They are very intuitive towards my needs and they really encourage me to maintain my independence.”
Director of Bluebird Care Sussex Weald, Kate Barry, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
