Launch Day for the Care Friends App!

Today we are really pleased to launch the Care Friends App to our team.

It is proven that existing staff referrals are one of the best ways to find more great staff! The app is bright and simple to use, it allows us to post our latest vacancies and for our team to be able to share this easily on social media or individually by message/email to anyone they think would make a great Care Assistant.

We can also use the app to recognise and reward our team, every point is worth a pound and we assign points for sharing jobs, staff birthdays, staff work anniversaries and for great work achievements and celebrations! 

We saw a third of staff sign up within the first hour of launch already! We look forward to using it and finding some more wonderful people to join us!
