Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham recently hosted our first Customer Tea Party of 2023!

We invited customers and their Care Assistants to our Twickenham office for tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes, giving them the opportunity to meet one of our two owners (Peter) and their fabulous care team including our Registered Manager Jacqui, our recruitment team, our Customer Service Managers and our Care Coordinators.

Peter and Jacqui fielded questions and comments on how we can continually improve our service. Keeping our customers at the heart of our care services is of the utmost importance; collaborating on what they would like to see in the service was highly enjoyable!

A particular highlight was the feedback from our customers. Mrs M, who recently transitioned from live-in care to regular home care visits, said of her Bluebirds:

"When I came out of hospital, I had brilliant care. I'm convinced I wouldn't be alive without it."

Peter was nominated by our customers to call BINGO and we had several winners including Mrs E, pictured here with her hamper.

After such a successful and enjoyable event, we are looking forward to our next gathering, an Easter crafts session and tea party.
