I have been very impressed with the care my mother received from Bluebird over the past few months. The staff who came to give her the daily care were extremely professional but also very caring and understanding of her needs. Nothing was too much trouble. At first my mother was reluctant to accept help, but with the kindness of the staff, this soon became routine and she was happy to have their support. In addition, the care package was monitored by senior staff which was very reassuring to the family. We were in regular contact with them and we were kept informed of any concerns, which was very important as none of my mother's immediate family live close to her. Written records were kept of the visits which was very useful to read when we were with my mother.

I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care to any one looking for this type of support.

I cant recommend Bluebird enough, I was very worried about starting care for my Dad before he was discharged from Derriford. 

They were professional, kind and caring. When we had problems or there were mistakes made, we worked together to fix and them together. it was a breath of fresh air. 

Dad has sadly gone to a home now, but still has companionship from one of the Bluebird staff once a week. 

Mum, has since moved to a local residential home due to her reduced mobility but Bluebird looked after her when she was at home and were great. Mum loved the quality of their work and their kindness. Our family would certainly be able to recommend them to potential clients.
