Your office staff have always been kind and helpful. The carers, backed up by the efficiency and support of the office staff, have been very good. They have enabled me to cope with and even find some time and energy to enjoy daily life in spite of my own and my husband’s ill health. I have never had to deal with a care company before but I must say all of the girls who attended to Tricia were lovely, they all made time and didn’t rush Tricia and I would defiantly call Bluebird if I need support in the future though I hope I will not need to in the nicest possible way.
