We are vaccinated against COVID19 and have qualified Vaccinators!

We are proud that 100% of our team who are eligible for the COVID19 vaccination have received their first dose of the vaccination. We are also supporting our customers to ensure they receive their vaccinations in a timely manner.

Keeping our customers and colleagues safe throughout the pandemic remains the key priority for us. We were delighted with the results of our customer survey in December 2020 where responses showed that 100% of our customers feel we have kept them updated and safe throughout the COVID19 pandemic. Our Care Manager, Sophie Lowndes and Director, Sheree Jenman have also become qualified Volunteer Vaccinators in January 2021 thanks to an in-depth vaccinator course with St John Ambulance. They will be supporting the wider community and administering vaccinations in mass vaccination centres across the region.
