Care Manager Halina and Care Supervisor Marina arranged a surprise visit to Sylvia as she celebrated her fifth work anniversary with the team!
Sylvia, who celebrates her 71st birthday this year is our longest serving member of staff and before joining the Bluebird Care Hounslow & Chiswick team, she worked for the same company for over 40 years.
When she left, Sylvia needed something to do so thought she would try care. She has never looked back since!
Sylvia is not only our longest serving Care Assistant. She is brilliant at what she does and very much loved by her customers and colleagues.
Sylvia is an incredible Care Assistant. The care she provides is outstanding and we even speak Welsh together!

Halina and Marina arranged to surprise Sylvia at her customer Peter & Valerie's house in Osterley when she was coming towards the end of her call and she was really surprised by the visit.
Sylvia was presented with a trophy and lovely bunch of flowers as a way of saying thank-you for everything that she does!
