Bluebird Care Harrow receives another 'Overall GOOD' rating from CQC

We are delighted and very proud to announce that following a recent inspection of our organisation, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded us another GOOD rating for the homecare and support services we provide.  

We are delighted and very proud to announce that following a recent inspection of our organisation, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded us another GOOD rating for the homecare and support services we provide. 

In a report that was published in August 2017, Bluebird Care Harrow received a GOOD rating in all areas: Caring, Effectiveness, Responsiveness, Safety and being Well Led. 

The CQC are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Since opening our doors 10 years ago we have worked tirelessly to put our care assistants and customers first and to make sure we provide and exceptional service. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing work and impressive attitude they have, it certainly is a team effort.

We have included below some of the comments by staff, customers and their families that were obtained and gathered by the CQC inspector and included in the report.
 
This care worker looks after me well.
I don't have worries with staff. They look after me well.
I would especially like to thank [management] who are in constant contact with me regarding the care worker. [Our care worker] was on leave last week and they both tried to find a good care worker in her absence.
[This care worker] was calm, reassuring and professional when handling difficult situations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird. 

The [care workers] are on time, brisk and proficient. I am very happy with the service your agency is providing.
The manager knows her job well.
Overall, I am pleased with the manager.
A social worker from a local authority told us the service was "good."
