Care provider gets glowing report for high standards

A leading home care provider has been recognised for the high standards and quality of services they provide to people across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.   Bluebird Care received an inspection from the Care Quality Commission recently reporting on all aspects of the service.   An extract of the report says:  “People and their relatives gave us positive feedback about safety and told us that staff treated them well.  One person told us, ‘I feel extremely good, very safe, and the agency is very professional.’ Another person said, ‘I am very safe indeed.’ A third person said, ‘I am fine, no trouble whatsoever.’ A relative told us, ‘We went on holiday, my relative had night care as well, brilliant no problems at all, my relative felt totally safe, great assurance for us’."   Providing care in the community throughout the whole of Greenwich, Bluebird Care’s personal, tailor-made approach has proved to be a big hit with customers.  The business is owned and operated by Anoop Sekhon - who is passionate about providing high quality care for local people.
