Meet the team

I joined Bluebird Care in July 2021 as a Marketing Assistant, and straight away the team made me feel so welcome! The team are so supportive and caring towards everyone. I really enjoy my role and look forward to growing and learning new skills! 

I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills but I have learnt much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.

I joined Bluebird Care Greenwich in November 2018 as an Accounts Assistant. Since the day I met the team, it was evident to me that I wasn’t just a colleague, but a member of a passionate loving family who take pride in what they do. I love the challenges that come with the role. I have enjoyed every moment thus far & look forward to growing more day by day from my current role to Accounts Manager.
