Amy

Care Coordinator

Amy welcomed a career in Care after working for 10 years as a hairdresser.  Her caring and bubbly nature led her into the Care industry and she has never looked back!

Amy is kept busy in her spare time being mum to 3 beautiful children! Enjoy's being outside going on family walks and making forever memories. She is a huge Harry Potter fan.

Beccy

Finance Officer

Beccy's previous jobs have always been based around finance or admin within many different industries and she joined the Bluebird Care team in 2023.

Beccy is a mum of two grown up children and likes to go to the gym in her spare time

Julia

Finance Assistant

Julia has been part of the Bluebird Care team since 2023 where she joined to complete her placement year and ever since has worked hard to improve her knowledge of financial management during.

She shows a strong desire to learn new things and is quick to lend a helping hand to people in need. Julie particularly enjoys solving financial challenges and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Her commitment to learning new abilities guarantees that our clients get nothing less than the best service possible. A passion for travelling and attempting new things keeps Julie enthusiastic and driven at work and in her personal life.

Karen

Care Supervisor

Karen first joined the Bluebird Care Team as a Care Professional and then progressed onto the position of Care Champion prior to transitioning to her position as Care Supervisor.

This pathway gave Karen an excellent all-round knowledge of the role as well as our customers which makes a big difference in her day-to-day role.

As well as being passionate about delivering exemplary care, Karen loves to snack and can often be found at a local craft fair!

Kerry

Training & Development Supervisor

Kerry has a life long passion to care and support others

A level 4 qualifiaction in Health and Social care gives kerry the perfect understanding and skills to carry out her role to an extremely high standard.

Kerry has recently moved on from her role as Care Supervisor to her now role as training & development supervisor to utilise her experience to support new and existing collegues in their new and existing roles.

Mel

Training Manager

Having worked in roles from Care Assistant to NVQ Assessor and gained over 15 years experience in the healthcare sector, Mel brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

After starting a family, Mel applied to the team as a Care Assistant, however with her achievements as NVQ 2&3 in health and social care along with NVQ assessor and QA awards we decided to offer her the role of Training Manager.

Mel brings many new ways of learning and development to our franchise ensuring our carers and staff have the highest possible standard of training.
