We are absolutely delighted to announce that Rachel has been announced as our Live In Care Assistant Of The Month!
Rachel has been recognised as she is a tremendous asset to us and real credit through her role. She regularly receives compliments from her customers as well as her colleagues.
Rachel has made an incredible difference to the lives of her customer and received the award due to this. Her customer is new to live in care and Rachel has done a fantastic job at putting her at ease.
Live in Care Manager Liz commented:
One of our customers was finding it difficult living at home independently and considering a care home, however after discussing the option of live in care she thought that it would be worth a trial.
Rachel has done an incredible job and put our customer at ease. She has given her customer such confidence that she is no longer considering a care home and able to remain at home with live in care.
Rachel is a model member of staff and I am incredibly proud of the job she has done which is truly excellent.
